Individual Yoga Therapy

Your custom practice will take into consideration where you will do it, the time of day that works best for you, your age, your occupation, your capacity and strength of various kinds, and what you like. Your custom practice will contain a unique combination of movement linked with breath, visualization, breathing techniques, and sometimes sound.
